The successful candidate will develop and execute the Georgia Public Service Commission-approved 500MW BESS, behind the meter (BTM) and Customer DER offerings as well as additional procurements to meet customer needs.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate previous related experience, including but not limited to working with Renewable and Regulatory teams and ensuring compliance with standards/guidelines (FERC, NERC, SERC, Southern Company, ITS Reliability Guidelines, IEEE Standards,

Data Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our organization by managing drafting services, map production, overlays, and data extraction in support of the Centralized Engineering Services organization. This role primarily focuses on projects related to the relocation and redesign of GPC facilities due to DOT project conflicts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the training and directing work of the drafting specialists and collaborate with external vendors for project support. They will act as the essential link between engineering, DOT, and drafting. There will also be times where the coordinator will need to support the team with drafting requests when workload increases

or when jobs need to be expedited. Education Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Associates Degree or Certificate in CAD/GIS is a plus Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is a preferred Experience Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience using computer aided drafting & design (CADD) to create map products Working knowledge of Bentley's Micro Station software Two years of distribution experience in a power utility DOT experience is a plus Experience utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a plus Strong computer skills Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee drafting services, map products, overlays, and data extraction Provide daily work direction to a team of drafting

specialist, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment Train and support the team with changing technology and industry standards Work with external vendors for project support Act as a liaison between the engineering and drafting departments, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.

Work within a flexible, fast changing team environment ensuring customer needs are met Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong computer skills in standard software packages (Microsoft Office products, etc. ) is required Capable of meeting strict deadlines and quality control standards Good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills Able to maintain focus on assigned task Familiar with data manipulation techniques Demonstrates professionalism in the work environment PDN-9ab9a77f-7a39-4df3-b3b4-c24a3eac0bd1For more details: jobs-search.
