The AV Technician is a full time, on-site position in our Livermore, CA office that will help build, calibrate and test our client's proprietary audio visual systems with the latest cutting edge technology, never seen before by the general public. This technician will work closely with a team

of skilled AV professionals to build these units while also learning how to perform skills needed to become a Lead Technician in the field. The goal is to grow this individual's knowledge base and soft skills so that they can eventually lead a team of technicians on systems integration projects across the Bay Area.

This level of support includes learning how to complete hardware upgrades to these prototypes, firmware upgrades, BIOS updates, OS re-imaging, and activating SW build packages using Linux commands and Bash scripts. These duties support our client's engineers' experimentation, investigation, research, and data analysis that propel the project forward. Responsibilities and Duties

Note, this is not a fully comprehensive list, as there are aspects and elements of this role that can be appended or omitted at any time as we continue to work with the client on the progression of the project.

Working in a live production environment and manufacturing complex AV systems per client provided specifications. Building prototype PCs and lab workstations from out-of-the-box parts and custom hardware developed by our client. Support engineering team with new designs and implementations for the project. Provide and support technical documentation packages (operations, assembly, calibration and maintenance manuals in coordination with the client) Perform other activities and assume further responsibilities as projects demand and/or as directed by the immediate Manager.

Setting up, testing, adjusting, calibrating and packaging prototype equipment in preparation for deployment to install site. Brainstorming and constructing mounting systems for video displays, cameras, lighting, loudspeakers, and lasers for testing new designs and ideas. Assistance in QA work of user experience and operational testing. Upkeep of internal tracking tools of lab equipment and inventory. Routing cables and performing cable management to keep stations tidy and electrically safe from crosstalk, ESD, and interference.

Documenting inventory of spare prototyping materials, PC components, and lab test equipment. Identifying storage, tools, items, etc. that would improve lab efficiency and experience. Conducting general lab clean-up and organization. Being open to learning new proprietary tools, processes, experiments. Qualifications Associates degree or technical certificate preferred. Proficient with computers and standard office programs (e. g. Windows, Excel, Word). Moderate understanding of the Linux OS environment, preferably Debian or Ubuntu.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic processes. Strong documentation skills. Highly detail oriented. POSITION SUMMARY: Unio Health Partners (UHP) is recruiting for a new role as our Provider Compensation and Reporting analyst to support senior management and affiliated physicians with calculating monthly physician and mid-level provider compensation and reconciling provider compensation to their employment contracts, prepare bonus calculations and payments, keeping reports updated with the most current information, as well as preparing any ad hoc reports.

The position will also provide support as needed to the VP Controller for allocation of expenses to the providers as well as the annual budgeting of provider compensation. The successful candidate will also communicate these financial

What you will be doing Manages Unio's compensation system for employed providers and partner physicians. Ensures that providers are paid accurately and on a timely basis, in compliance with the providers' contract, relevant HR guidelines, and relevant payroll and tax regulations using Excel and other reporting tools. Oversees the collection and monthly reporting of physician production and compensation data, developing and maintaining associated systems. Acts as a primary point of contact for providers for questions and concerns related to their compensation.

Quickly analyzes data and prepares ad hoc presentations in response to provider queries. Calculate and audit physician performance relative to defined objectives and benchmarks, productivity and incentive bonuses per individual contracts. Responsible for month end close journal entries relating to allocation of indirect expenses, accruals and other financial information relating to provider compensation. Responsible for monthly analysis of Provider Compensation expense. Organizes and conducts monthly, quarterly, or annual face-to-face meetings with all providers who receive production-based compensation and discuss variances and drivers.

What you will bring to the team Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, financial analysis, and or strategic planning in a healthcare setting. Demonstrated experience working with financial systems, modeling, analysis and budgeting. Provider compensation employment and calculations experience mandatory.
