Compliance Auditor is responsible for planning and conducting internal and external audits of Yamhill Community Care (YCCO) and its subcontractors, partners, and medical claims, as well as monitoring trends of non-compliance against established criteria such as policies and procedures, Oregon Administrative Rules, and federal laws and regulations.
Essential Duties Follows state and federal regulations as well as internal policies and guidelines. Implements, oversees, and performs internal audits for YCCO. Conducts routine compliance audit reviews including claims audits, subcontractor audits, and ad hoc audits. Performs contractually required audits of YCCO subcontractors. Job Duties

Awkward positions may occur when maneuvering and handling large, bulky items. Continuous use of hands and arms to complete tasks, mainly gross motor skills. Overhead reaching is required to load heavy products weighing 50-400 lbs. Occasional twisting required for loading and unloading.

Intensive Care Unit (ICU): Our Gold Beacon honored neuro-ortho ICU has a total of 15 beds, and we see it all here - from stroke to surgical to trauma. As a primary stroke unit, we offer a broad range of specialty services, including but not limited to, invasive intercranial pressure monitoring, continuous renal replacement therapy, advanced ventilation therapies, and trauma management.
Our team is focused on creating an optimal work environment while delivering excellent care through best practices and expert patient care. Coronary Care Unit (CCU): As a former Beacon Gold recipient, our CCU includes 16 beds and has a concentration for coronary care including: coronary artery bypass grafting, valve replacements, aneurysm repairs, heart failure, balloon pumps, ventricular assist devices and cardiac arrest.
