General Purpose Serves as the on-site engineer supporting the North Umpqua hydro team. Responsibilities Design, develop, modify, and evaluate systems, process, or facilities to support company objectives, utilizing engineering methods.

Develop highly complex engineering studies, plans, specifications, calculations, evaluations, design documents, and performance backssments. Determine methods and techniques for obtaining results. Act as a lead/expert in the work group; train and mentor associate and career level engineers, technicians and designers. Recommend alternative engineering solutions to management to meet business needs. Deliver on commitments and manage outside engineering services and general or specialty contractors to accomplish the assigned work.

Develop project timelines and budgets and monitor progress compared to plans. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering. A minimum of five or more years experience in industrial power systems or electric utility power systems, or related professional experience. Demonstrated knowledge and application of principles in area of engineering specialty. Project management and leadership skills including the ability to work as a team leader, to maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliver on commitments. Knowledge of applicable industry standards, regulations and codes. Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining focus and calmness. fries. Job Description Summary Inspects, sorts and removes defects from products being processed in a food production facility in a safe and effective manner. Takes direction from trim trainer and team leaders.

Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned): Maintains safe work practices at all times and participates in safety programs. Rotates to all General Labor work stations to complete assigned tasks. Quickly backsses and removes foreign materials and nonstandard product from moving receiving and processing equipment as assigned using both hands. Hand sizes raw product on the trim line according to product specifications

and Lamb Weston standards. Efficiently trims defects (cuts, rot, green, sugar ends, disease, etc.) from raw product to Lamb-Weston standards.

Distributes product on processing equipment to maintain even product flow. Inspects raw product to ensure that it has been peeled, cut, cleaned and blanched, ready for final inspection or packaging. Performs hand-packing as assigned. Inspects bags in packaging and removes defective bags to Lamb-Weston's standards. Reports any irregular cuts or malfunction of food processing equipment as quickly as possible to the lead or team leaders Rework cased product into totes. with our fries. Job Description Summary This position issues supplies and tools from storeroom and maintains records of supplies issued and received. Receives and verifies incoming materials.

Must be flexible to adjust shift assignment to cover vacancies on other shifts when needed. Job Description Include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Issues and records on appropriate forms, all tools and supplies drawn from storeroom. Cleans, inspects and tags tools for repairs as needed. Receives, verifies, tags and stores incoming freight. Matches receiving documents to company purchase order paperwork. Using the computer system, generate work orders, and perform inventory and equipment

inquires necessary to support maintenance personnel. Conducts inventory checks as required.

Investigate discrepancies between physical count and inventory record. Maintains storeroom in a neat and orderly fashion with special attention to correct locations of items.
