Responsibilities Identify, develop, and maintain various channels for building prospect pipeline and referral opportunities Actively participate in relevant marketing and networking events Understand the correlation between various sales activities and sales results; consistent documentation of all sales-related activity to regularly examine the sales pipeline and flow through the funnel; examine activity and make adjustments to influence different results Foster and nurture ongoing relationships with clients, leadership, key stakeholders, health plan carriers, and vendors Assist in the
development and delivery of materials to support the proposal, sale, and enrollment process, including enrollment meetings Prioritize prospects based on opportunity potential and fit/alignment with People Strategy products Advance highest priority prospects through the stages of a client-focused sales Develop knowledge of the market portfolio of carrier solutions and competing programs Coordination with Benefits Administrators and other Third-Party Administrators or carriers as needed Consistent learning and sharing of information related to policies and procedures, insurance market, competitors, emerging trends, etc.
