Continue to develop processes and procedures for assisting the insurance program including checklists, forms, assistance with staff training. Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Minimal travel between locations, if necessary. Performs any other duties necessary for the effective operation of the programs. Qualifications Bachelors of Science (BS) and/or Bachelors of Arts (BA)4+ years' experience in insurance/risk management (underwriting, risk management, brokerage, or related area); some familiarity with builders risk insurance a plus.
Strong organizational skills and working knowledge of Microsoft office products, including word, outlook, and excel. Ability to communicate and work well in a fast paced environment. Answer client calls via our national call center routing system. Answer tax related questions and provide future tax planning to clients in a timely fashion. Collection and processing of clients' payments while ensuring timely deposits. Marketing and business generation efforts. Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
