May testify as an expert regulatory witness in regulatory proceedings. Qualifications?0-2 years' experience in state and/or federal regulatory and rate setting process, or equivalent experience.
Basic financial and accounting knowledge, which may include GAAP practices. Effective analytical, computer, problem backssment and problem-solving skills. Effective written, oral, and presentation skills. Experience with Excel. Ability to explain results of analysis and/or research. Demonstrated ability to coordinate processes involving other departments, and to ensure compliance with regulatory filing requirements.
