In this role, you will act as a Software Systems Engineer Lead (SWSE Lead) responsible for development & execution of verification and validation approach, integration with system CONOPS, and coordination with system architect and modeler to ensure interactions and behaviors are correctly captured in the requirement and functional baseline. In addition, you will act as a Product Manager for the Command & Telemetry Computer Software Configuration Item (CSCI) product. Responsibilities are but not limited to: Lead multi-disciplined engineering teams from system design, requirements management, and then integration and test of highly complex technical system.

Prepare SEIT Deliverables in collaboration with SWSEs across teams. Manage the vertical and horizontal technical integration throughout the product teams and program verification and validation efforts. Coordinate between the System Architect, Chief Engineer, Product Team Lead(s), program manager, and customer to ensure the integrity and executability of the program technical baseline. Provide oversight and direction to the SWSEs on the program performing the following functions: Requirements Development & Management (using DOORS).

Leads an Agile Multi Scrum Thread of Command and Telemetry as a product manager by working with stakeholders to define the product vision and outlines what success looks like.
