Roles and Responsibilities: Lead assigned capital projects (standalone projects and projects within plant outages) and manage all engineering, design, and construction resources in West Gulf Coast Region Develop estimates, funding request documents, schedule, and ongoing forecasts for plant executed projects Ensure all projects receive adequate hazard and safety reviews and that all recommendations are completed
in a timely manner Ensure inherent process safety is adhered to on all project designs Provide field supervision / support during project execution Manage Project Safety Maintain projects on budget and schedule Ensure all projects meet the operability needs of the customer Gain a basic understanding of the operating plant environment, process and equipment Understand quality standards as outlined by Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.
