The Database Administrator III is responsible for managing and optimizing performance of assigned database systems. This includes daily management and administration, and support for business continuity of the servers. This position will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding less experienced Database Administrators. Key Responsibilities:
---Provides day-to-day management and implementation of the Bank's database environment including administration, backup and recovery activities, and change control.
---Processes service tickets; troubleshoots system issues, resolves database related incidents and completes maintenance requests. ---Configures, tests, installs, and migrates new instances and databases in lab and production environments. ---Monitors and analyzes performance including capacity planning, system checks and audits; makes recommendations for improvements and completes requests for additional resources and support as needed. ---Serves as a resource for the audit and security departments when needed. Required: ---Solid understanding of database administration, management, and relate files and data to production events and outcomes.
---Solid understanding of Microsoft database replication technologies including Availability Groups and Mirroring. ---Solid understanding of Oracle database patching, upgrades, administration and troubleshooting. ---Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure database technologies. ---Strong technology and troubleshooting skills with working knowledge of a broad range of related software such as Powershell and Microsoft Office Suite. ---Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively identify and translate business user needs, and to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

The IT Audit Manager is responsible for developing, planning, and executing audit programs based on risk backssment results. This includes documenting and communicating risks, providing counsel on control issues and recommended process changes, and monitoring corrective actions to improve the existing practices of the organization. Serves
as subject matter expert in the IT area and performs continuous monitoring of this area throughout the year. Key Responsibilities: ---Completes medium to complex IT process or application audits from beginning to end with limited guidance.
This would include conducting walkthroughs, creating the audit risk backssment and scope; developing, executing, and documenting the audit testing plan; discussing results with Management, drafting audit reports, and tracking audit issues to completion. ---Assists with reviewing workpapers and driving the completion of the annual IT audit plan. ---Represents Internal Audit on various IT projects and initiatives, including the participation in risk backssments.
---Serves as a department resource for questions and guidance on technical matters; extracts and provides data to auditors for analysis.
---Assists with annual risk backssment and development of annual audit schedule.
