ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. • Provides quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction. • Cleans windows, washes walls, moves furniture,

hangs pictures and mirrors, sweeps, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors. • Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas as assigned.

• Sweeps and hoses carports, patios, sidewalks and dumpster area or other common areas as assigned. • Re-stock supplies, soap and sanitizers in restrooms and kitchenettes. • Gather and empty trash throughout campus and offices. • Set up and take down tables and chairs as assigned for daily and/or special events. • Keeps equipment clean and in good order. Reports when equipment, structures, or furniture needs repair and immediately completes a maintenance or housekeeping work order

if necessary. • Assists in arranging furniture for residents when moving of a resident from one apartment to another in the building or from cottages if furnishings are not too large or too heavy (see physical requirements).

• Attends all mandatory in-service meetings. Complies with all department and facility policies and procedures. • Follows highest standards of cleanliness. Follows all federal, state and corporate policies, health codes and guidelines. • Follows department safety standards, practice body mechanic techniques and participate in campus-wide safety programs. Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner. Wears PPE/safety equipment as required for the job.

Reports any safety hazards and/or accidents to supervisor. JOB REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Position Summary This is an IBEW Local 1245 represented classification, which has over 100 years of experience representing employees at PG&E and is subject to collective bargaining.

We are looking for an energetic and career oriented individual to join our Gas Transmission and Distribution team. The Utility Worker position is an entry level position in Gas Operations with advancement opportunities for motivated individuals who perform successfully. Work is predominantly outdoors and in all weather conditions. The individual

must be able to work and drive safely, work extended hours, and wear company provided Personal Protective Equipment. PG&E is providing the hourly rate that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting.

This position is subject to collectively bargained hourly wage rates and increases. The starting wage rate for this position is $33.28 per hour. This wage rate is specific to the locality of the job. The wage rate is based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity. This position

is a DOT (Department of Transportation) covered classification and is subject to random drug and/or alcohol screening.

Per Letter of Agreement R-PGE, an employee will be in a 2-year commitment within the headquarters. Responsibilities Must work safely at all times as defined by PG&E’s safety standards and procedures. Follow the direction of their journeyman, crew lead and/or supervisor at all times. Must be able to read and comply with all required company standards and procedures. Must work in a team environment. Must be able to pass Post Offer Physical backssment. Contribute toward Gas Safety Excellence goals by improving safety, reliability and affordability for one or more asset families and one or more life cycles.

Gas Transmission and Distribution Workgroup: In addition to the General Duties listed above, candidates selected to work in Gas T&D will be required to perform the following: Assist in construction and maintenance and other miscellaneous semi-skilled work. With adequate training and under direction of a Crew Leader, may be required to: use hand tools, portable power tools, pavement breakers, spaders, tampers or compactors for work not requiring precision; perform pipe wrapping duties. When working alone, may be required to be Operator Qualified to perform routine production Locate and Mark duties, routine production Leak Survey duties, perform pipe to soil readings, and Atmospheric Corrosion Surveys, and complete all required documentations associated with referenced tasks.

May perform rechecks in conjunction with production leak survey duties. May be required to perform traffic control functions under the direction of a Gas Crew Leader. May be required to maintain a commercial driver's license with a tank endorsement. This classification, when qualified, is expected to take the necessary action consistent with duties they are capable of performing to backss a situation and make a field condition safe for Gas Pipeline Operations and Maintenance Workgroup.

U se of hand tools or portable power tools for cleaning purposes under direction, or other work not requiring precision. Operate light duty trucks and associated trailers. Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a High School diploma or GED. Must be able to wear company provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Internal PG&E employees: Must have qualified on the Physical Test Battery (PTB) exam and Work Orientation Inventory Test (WOI), prior to applying for the position.

External and Hiring Hall Candidates: Must qualify on the Physical Test Battery (PTB) exam and Work Orientation Inventory Test (WOI), prior to interviewing. Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 90 pounds Must be able to pass to pass Post Offer Physical backssment. Must pass Utility Worker Training course, which takes place for approx. 15 business days, during the first three weeks of employment. Ability to work extended hours to include nights, weekends and holidays when required. Must possess and maintain a valid Class C California Driver's License (or higher) by Day 1 of hire Ability to work in all types of weather extremes.

Ability to drive safely in all weather and road conditions. Ability to travel and transfer to a new headquarter upon request at any time; throughout the entire PG&E service territory with no guarantees on how long you will be assigned away from your base headquarters. Desired Qualifications: Previous experience in construction such as: Underground Utility, Trenching Equipment, Welding, Carpentry, Plumbing, Pipefitting, Farm Ranch Hand and/or Landscaping. A background using light equipment and power tools (including chainsaws, motorized equipment such as tractor mowers, mini-excavators, and motorized wheelbarrows) is ideal, as well as experience in construction and completing labor tasks such as digging and hauling materials.

Skills in leading seasonal staff, volunteers and contract crews and being able to keep accurate records of their work is necessary. The ability to work well as part of a group and independently while maintaining good communication with co-workers is an important element of the position. Highly Desirable Licenses: Possession of a valid Class C California Driver's License and a satisfactory driving history as obtained from the Department of Motor Vehicles is highly valued at time of appointment.
