Progressive Critical Care Unit Transition Program Job Summary: The staff nurse has the primary responsibility and accountability for the total nursing care of the patients as identified by the Standards of Nursing Practice and the Illinois State Nurse
Practice Act. The Progressive Critical Care RN Transition Program is designed for RNs with current BLS certification and a minimum of 1-year inpatient nursing experience who are interested in the progressive critical care department at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital.
