Specifically, the candidate will monitor 340b shop program compliance and requirements, assist the HTC Director to write and submit program grants to all agencies in

a timely manner including budget development and required progress reports, and work with HTC Medical Director to manage the HTC’s overall relationships with the CDC, MCHB, ATHN, Hemophilia Network Region and other outside entities to maintain the center’s status as a federally qualified hemophilia program.

The successful candidate will be expected to: Develop systems and processes necessary for the recruitment, tracking, planning, and execution of projects. Attend client meetings for ongoing and prospective projects. Arrange, manage, and maintain relevant relationships. Oversee the development of relevant project proposals and budgets and recommend approval of them before submission to clients.

Responsible for financial performance of projects. Analyze financial and operational reports. Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external clients to reassess, renegotiate, and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts, and budgets. Required Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, business, finance, or a related field.
