Key Accountabilities: View, organize, prioritize and process e-mails first thing in the morning and throughout the day. Resolve or forward e-mails with questions as necessary. Assist customers, brokers and vendors via phone as needed throughout the day.
New Business Generation: Market to new business opportunities through direct phone calls and emails, track and communicate efforts and accomplishments. Customer Service: Respond in real time to online inquiries via our chatbot, working together with other customer service representatives to make sure all inbound opportunities are handled in a timely manner. Tradeshow Support: Work with Marketing Representatives to communicate historical
data on tradeshow attendees (customers & prospects) to underwriting and loss control. + Opportunity for growth to eventually attend and work Industry events.
Social Media: Work with Customer Service to track LIC social media activity and engagements, work towards optimizing the efforts. Search Engine Optimization: Work with the Customer Service Department to execute SEO improvements, track progress of designated keyword visibility. Power Point: Assist with editing Power Point presentations for Marketing, Loss Control and Claims. Other duties as assigned. Experience: Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications College degree preferred Marketing experience
a plus Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000 annual.
