Stays current on latest conditions/repair suggestions, troubleshooting and diagnostic information through regular communication with teammates and other departments. Shares new information with the team ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Analyzes Subaru Select Monitor data files to identify problems. If necessary, works with North American Subaru, Inc.

(NASI) to a resolution unless it is determined it is a normal operating characteristic. Participates in bi-weekly meetings with the other Technical Service Representatives to review new or updated information provided by Field Quality Assurance (FQA) or NASI. potato company in the world! Join Lamb Weston! We bring the world together with our fries. Job Description Summary Operates and maintains boilers and steam/hot water systems that supply heat or power for a potato processing plant.

Job Description Responsible for working in a safe and orderly manner while in the plant or on plant property. Lights gas or oil-fed burners under the direct supervision of the Boiler Chief Observes pressure, temperature, and draft meters on panel to verify specified operation of automatic combustion control systems, feed water regulators, and burners. Turns valves and adjusts controls to set specified fuel feed, draft openings, water level, and steam pressure

of boiler under the direct supervision of the Boiler Chief. Observes boiler and auxiliary units to detect malfunctions.

Makes repairs such as changing burners and tightening pipes and fittings, as necessary under the direct supervision of the Boiler Chief. Analyzes and treats boiler feed water. Maintains log of meter and gauge readings and records data such as water test results and quantity of fuel consumed. Communicates boiler operations needs with production and maintenance departments, assuring safety requirements are met. Adheres to all company and plant policies, work rules, and procedures. Perform duties of Emergency Response Team Ability to wear a Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) and a Haz Mat Suit.

Work Overtime as required Performs other duties as assigned. Basic & Preferred Qualifications Must possess a State of Minnesota, Department of Labor and Industry, Special Boiler License Classification This position is considered the first level in a progression; consistent progress towards a 2-B license is required (Must take the Minnesota State Exam when eligible and must pass in no more than 2 attempts). Possess the ability to perform the Essential job functions in a safe and responsible manner under direct supervision of the Boiler Chief as well as having the ability to pass the 15, 30 and 45 day testing requirements.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement using not only whole numbers but fractions, decimals and percentages accurately. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Utilize good body mechanics Ability to perform dexterity testing Stand and or walk frequently Use of hands and arms frequently Lift and carry up to 25lbs. frequently Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently Stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl occasionally Frequent bending and twisting Ability to move feet so as to minimize twisting motions Must have perfect color vision Climbing of stairs and ladders frequently Push/pull force up to 100lbs.
