will do include: Greet Customers as they enter the bank and direct them to the appropriate person, order supplies, assist with bank mail, and invoices. Gather and compile customer documentation needed for a new or existing loan. Assist lenders with loan closings.
Maintain all original Promissory Notes on file and file mortgages with the applicable county. Answer routine customer questions on an on-going basis after loan closing. This will include calculating loan payoffs and processing loan payments and advances. Be familiar with business products and services that the bank offers, including Cash Management, and how the set-up process works. If needed, work with the customer, and gather
necessary application or enrollment information from them and route it to the appropriate department within the bank.
