Assist in the design and delivery of training programs and workshops related to operational excellence methodologies and tools. Contribute to the development and maintenance of performance

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and change management during process improvement implementations. Perform other duties consistent with skills and training as assigned by C&M Supervisor Color vision (red, green, and blue), and depth perception are necessary to safely use tools and machinery. Ability to meet additional requirements (e. g. standing for extended periods, varying temperatures, moving materials, wearing necessary PPE, performing shift/OT work, etc.
