The position collaborates with the ERP Applications Manager and will work with IT, business leaders and end users to implement projects and resolve matters from concept through implementation.

The analyst will collaborate with the business leaders, users and technical development support teams to ensure effective support and improvements of the ERP applications. Qualifications and Skills: Draw upon JDE knowledge and the business to develop, enhance and support the effectiveness and efficiency of the JDE Systems and business requirements for a

variety of modules that include, but are not limited to JDE Financials, HR, Capital Asset Management (CAM), Procurement, Accounts Payable, Distribution, and Inventory Works closely with business managers and end users to understand their processes and procedures Partner with functional teams in the development of simplified/lean process improvements or operating practices that best make use of the systems to improve quality, optimize productivity, and support business goals Identify business needs that can be met by new or enhances computer systems Identify business processes that can be modified to better apply the JDE systems (e.

g. better accuracy, faster speed, repeatability) Evaluate

requests for new or modified computer programs or routines; Work with technical teams to designs and configure applications to supports business requirement as related to JDE interface Assure conformance to system architecture, methods, standards and practices and promote their creation Prepares documentation to support process, functional and technical specifications Bridge the communication gap between technical and non-technical staff to ensure a clear understanding or work, requirements, and expected results Perform technical support tasks as it is necessary and serve as a secondary backup to the Applications Administrator Rigorously follows and improves audit guidelines and processes Perform testing of the application to ensure modifications produce expected results, as well as regression testing to ensure no adverse impact due to other adjustments in the system Support user acceptance test activities Provide users with JDE system orientation and training Assist end-users with problem identification and resolution Understand the customer (internal and external), anticipate their needs, and give high priority to customer satisfaction while exhibiting professional behaviors Participate on project teams with the implementation of new/upgraded designs and solutions Stay on top of new software releases and functionality Recommend changes and improvements to existing processes Implement and maintain security standards and processes Coordinate the Electronic Software Updates (ESU) and acceptance testing with technical and user teams Ability to handle vendor/client relationships and perform vendor management Strong abilities in critical thinking, problem-solving, brokering, and decision-making Ability to perform multiplex tasks with minimal coaching Ability to develop and deliver clear and concise written and oral presentations appropriately to various leadership levels and technical/functional backgrounds High level of initiative and attention to detail Good interpersonal and leadership skills Participates in a positive work environment through their own behavior Work responsibly, and join forces with honesty, understanding, and awareness of others in team efforts Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree; high school diploma with additional years of experience will be considered Understanding and skills of advanced JD Edwards modules and concepts, with a particular focus on JDE Financials, Manufacturing, CAM, Quality, Procurement, Transportation, and Inventory Preferred : Experience with JD Edwards ERP software Experience working with Oracle Support to identify and resolve issues and work with 3rd party support teams that provide CNC and Database CAM activities Experience with EDI Exchange Sibanye-Stillwater is an equal opportunity employer.
