Roles and Responsibilities Develop effective relationships with all relevant internal and external customers to proactively manage and resolve business and operational issues in an innovative, efficient, and effective manner while ensuring

proper compliance with internal controls. Perform Administrator duties for purchasing card systems (Oracle and JPM). Primary contact for JPM Chase purchasing card, Engie and Fintech third party partners.

Manages requests for new cards and sets spending limit transaction limits as needed ensuring compliance. Analyze stale dated checks by reviewing bank statement reconciliations and gathering updated vendor information when applicable. Ensure compliance with state unclaimed property laws and ensure stale dated checks are voided timely. Prepare timely state filing and transfer funds in accordance with state statutes. Maintains communications with IT to investigate and review failed

transactions that arise relating to the financial system. Perform audits and reporting around expenses and Purchasing Card Programs.

Support annual 1099 forms as well as unclaimed property filing and reporting. Perform complex reconciliations including file upload discrepancies and vendor statements. Research and resolve vendor debit balances to ensure integrity of accounts payable subledger balance. Assist with the weekly payment runs. Provide recommendations for process improvement to generate efficiency and improve productivity and assist with implementing changes. Collaborate closely with the accounting team for month-end closing and accrual activities related to card program expenses.

Work within stated internal KPIs and SLAs. Keeps Leadership informed when problems may interfere with work being completed on time. Assists Leadership with reporting of current metrics that add value to the organization as well as ad-hoc reporting to management. Document, maintain and updates processes for training and audit purposes. Participates in month-end close activities and performs integrity checks to ensure timely close. Perform any other job responsibilities as required at the Company's discretion. GENERAL FUNCTION Production Associates in an Optical Lab help create eyeglasses to help improve lives by improving sight. Responsibilities involve working as a team to help create beautiful prescription eyewear in a production environment which may include operating machines to help prepare the lenses by helping to shape,

clean, insert in matching frames and inspecting the final product for shipping a beautiful pair of eyeglasses to our valuable accounts to be worn by people eagerly awaiting their new pair of glasses.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES You will focus on one of the following areas, and we plan to cross-train in the future so that you may work in any area. In the coating area, you may work as: A Clipper, clipping and securing lenses into baskets to begin the coating process. A Machine Operator, preparing and operating the coating machine to coat the lenses properly. This will include: Loading machine chemicals. Loading and unloading sectors with lenses. An Inspector, inspecting lenses to ensure that they are optically and cosmetically accurate.

In finishing, you may work as: A Beveler, utilizing the bevel wheel to remove the sharp edges of the lens. A Mounter, inserting edged lenses to ensure proper fit and alignment, and inserting lenses into the frame while ensuring proper fit. An Edger Operator, using variety of edging machines to cut lenses down to proper size and shape to fit the appropriate frame. A Finish Layout preparer, readying uncut lenses for the edging process by outlining the center/alignment markings and affixing the chuck/block.

A Tinter, accurately tinting all lenses. An inspector, checking lenses and frames to ensure quality standards are met. In surfacing, you may work as: A Surfacing Blocker, utilizing the blocking machine to accurately secure a block to all lenses going through the surfacing department. You'll operate taping equipment to apply protective tape to the front of the lenses. A Surface Finer/Polisher, operating the equipment used to fine and polish all lenses going through the surfacing depart. A Lens Washer, hand washing and drying lenses followed by a brief cosmetic inspection of the lenses. You'll grasp lenses with a de-blocking cup and strike it against the table to remove block from lenses, and also remove tape from lenses.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
