A RESUME MUST BE SUBMITTED TO RECIEVE FURTHER CONSIDERATION FOR THIS POSITION. I. Job Summary This is a 2nd shift supervisor position. The 2nd shift starts at 2:00pm and ends at 12:00am Monday-Friday. Supervises and provides direct leadership for fleet maintenance technicians

and other fleet maintenance employees. Manages workflow and assigns tasks. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Other minor duties may be assigned. Oversees the day-to-day operations of employees in the maintenance shop. Coordinates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs, and monitors progress and quality. Reviews driver repairs and other maintenance requests, and prepares work order documents. Performs mechanical duties as needed. Monitors inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed. Oversees personnel including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance,

and conducting disciplinary action as needed. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.

Interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations. Creates and submits reports as necessary. III. Supervisory Responsibilities The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of non-supervisory employees. This includes: Direct supervision of 10+ full-time employees including: mechanics, technicians, welders, maintenance clerks and other maintenance employees. IV. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education and Experience Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited). Completion of a Diesel/Auto Maintenance Program a plus. Experience: Four (4) years of relevant work experience in a Fleet Maintenance Repair shop. Two plus years of leadership/supervisory experience a plus. B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements Valid Driver's License required. ASE Certifications a plus. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required Diesel and or CNG Maintenance and repairs skills required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Position Overview: Silver Creek Materials (SCM) is a surface mining, large-scale composting, and recycling operation on the West Side of Fort Worth.

SCM is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Screening Plant Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and overseeing the operation of screening plants used for material processing in the mining, and composting industry. You will ensure that the equipment is functioning properly and efficiently

to achieve optimal productivity, while also identifying and resolving any safety or quality issues that arise. This role reports to the Director of Operations. Position Responsibilities: Conduct daily inspections of the screening plant and associated equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or malfunctions.

Monitor the plant operation to ensure it is running efficiently and effectively, making necessary adjustments to improve performance. Work with the plant operator to troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical or technical issues that arise. Maintain records of plant maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Communicate with management to report any issues and provide

recommendations for improvements to the screening process. Conduct safety inspections to identify and mitigate any potential hazards or risks associated with the plant operation.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to screening plant operation and maintenance. Train and educate plant operators on proper operation and maintenance procedures. Assist with the coordination of maintenance and repair activities to ensure minimal downtime of the screening plant. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of experience in screening plant operation and maintenance. Experience with heavy equipment and machinery.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Basic computer skills for record keeping and communication purposes. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to screening plant operation and maintenance. Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and adhere to safety protocols. Preferred Qualifications: Associate or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Provide oversight to facility upkeep, appearance, property maintenance, roads, ramps, storm water management as related to roads, dust control and special projects. This position reports to the Facilities Manager. Position Key Responsibilities: Traffic, Roads,

and Ramps Oversight of all road conditions and maintenance. Changes in traffic patterns. Assistance with traffic backups. Maintenance of storm water runoff areas and creation of bar ditches and channels to divert water into containment areas.

Assist trash pickup around facility excluding immediate area surrounding liquids pad; with Liquids Destruction/Pad Manager Ensure Product Bins are clean of trash and contaminants. Empty trash in waste receptacles around facility. Fresh Water All aspects of freshwater load-out area including but not limited to: Mowing around the loading area.

Functionality and condition of Cam Locks and Hoses. Floating Billets and Strainers. Operating submersible pump in number 5 water hole and ensuring water level is adequate. Inspecting safety barrier for trucks around fresh water loading area Back Property and Lake Maintenance of back property which consists of routine patrols and checking for gates being unlocked and driving fence lines from time to time. Mowing around lake. Maintain water pumping to and from the lake. Maintain cleanliness of lake area and picnic area prior to events.

Dock Maintenance. Maintain Condition of Boats. Dove Hunt and special event preparation. Miscellaneous Responsibilities Building Maintenance including but not limited too : Plumbing Projects Pest Control Well and Septic maintenance Maintain relationships with electrician, plumber, well, and septic contractors Air Filter Servicing Light Bulbs Winterization Wood Splitting Chlorine Tablets in water tanks. Operate Heavy Equipment Properly to accomplish said tasks as needed. Required Skills / Qualifications: 3 or more years of experience as a facilities technician.
