Management Code and provides information to the public regarding planning applications, zoning, land use regulations, and sign permits. The Planner I reviews building permits and performs site inspections and assists with the review of business license applications for conformance with zoning regulations.

This is a full-time, Non-Exempt (hourly) position with full benefits. TYPICAL DUTIES: Maintains a thorough understanding of the General Plan and Land Management Code. Reviews, analyzes, interprets, and applies the Land Management Code to land use applications, building permits, and business license reviews.
