This 1966 Honda CB450 K0 Super Sport, Black Bomber, looks and runs great and has a clean title.
Includes all original documentation and license plate from 1966Original Honda CB450 K0 owner âs manual The CB450 K0 Super Sport is the first Honda model CB450. Also known as the " Black Bomber" it was Honda's largest displacement motor
and flagship bike from 1965 â 1969. It earned fame by winning first place three years in a row at the isle of man race 500cc class; 1965, 1966 1967. A revolutionary engine design using double over head cams and torsion bar valve springs yielded 43 BHP @ 10,000+ RPM!
This model bike established Honda as a world class motorcycle manufacturer by defeating European dominance of the market. A recent restoration has been performed beginning with a full disassembly of the bike. The frame was thoroughly cleaned and painted. The fenders and side covers were painted to match Honda's original Silver Cloud color. The original gas tank was in good condition but I had it cleaned and epoxy coated
inside anyway due to today âs fuel types. The outside of the tank was painted to match original. The original tank panels were chromed and shine like new. The tank badges are quality reproductions.
The rubber knee pads are original and in excellent condition. The new petbird looks great and new fuel lines ensure reliable performance. The front end has been completely gone through with new paint and original chrome. The triple tree lock looks great, works properly and I have the key. The crown is polished and the original handlebar risers are mounted with new bushings for secure and responsive handling. All of the cables, controls, switches, wiring, perches, levers, mirrors and grips,
are all NOS or new quality reproduction parts. The original headlight bucket mounted speedometer/tachometer looks great and all of the lights work but the gauges don ât function.
The exhaust system is in excellent condition. The original chrome is very shiny with only some minor scratches. The left muffler has one tiny ding and each muffler has a small acid drip stain. The mufflers are solid throughout. They are quiet at idle and roar at high RPM, like they should be. It has the original waffle pattern rear foot pegs installed too. The original 4 speed engine was seized, so it was replaced with a later model CB450 K6. The 5 speed transmission is really better for street use any way.
It starts right up and idles smoothly. The clutch works fine and the transmission shifts easily through the gears. The motor runs great with no smoke or leaks, but is not rebuilt. It shows it's age with some noise; but the sound isn't concerning to me. However it is noticeable to the experienced vintage rider and I wanted to mention it. The bike has been very reliable for me on local around town rides. It looks very original and the cases have a nice shine with great patina. The carburetors are clean and adjusted properly with new seals, needles, seats and a custom 6sigma jet kit.
I used UNI foam pod filters because they provide superior performance and the side covers hide them well. The seat is a high quality reproduction model recently made available. No more crunchy restored seats and red foam dust all over my bike. This seat looks original and is very comfortable to ride! I also installed a new set of reproduction seat hinges from Clauss studios ensure a secure fit. The headlights, taillights, electric starter and kick starter all work properly. Along with Honda's original " Elephant Horn" that sounds great! The original wiring harness is in good unmolested condition.
The rims are true and shine well with some small rust spots. The rear shocks have moderate chrome pitting. New drive chain and near new rear sprocket. The front and rear brakes have been cleaned and work fine. Both wheels have new tubes and rim liners. The rear tire is new and the front is like new vintage stock. New battery New chain New ignition switch New controls with horn, headlight and starter switches New perches, levers, grips and mirrors New throttle, clutch, brake, speedo tach cables with grey housings New handlebar riser bushings New tires, tubes and rim liners New spark plugs New petbird and fuel lines New UNI foam pod filters Rebuilt carburetors with custom 6sigma jet kit installed New seat, supports and hinges Rare original chrome taillight skirt Rare original chrome side cover bolts Rare original " Elephant Horn" in good working condition

It is still a low mileage mostly original bike even has the STD size factory dished top pistons for low compression are still in their noticed them when I decarbonized the top end also that is the original seat covering in place.
Here is a list of repairs and Up-grades that I have done since I owned the bike:6 start oil pump drive, cam chain
replaced, mag chain replaced, oil distribution seal for crank changed, gear box sprocket changed, solid state voltage regulator, Boyer Dual coil, 1968 Commando distributor in place of magneto with electronic ignition now starts with key. Bob Newby primary belt drive best on the market, cost $780 eliminated oil leaks from the badly designed steel primary cover and as an added benefit bike has less vibration also changed to the newer laminated style stator.
Norvil pushrod seal conversion insures clutch stays dry. Clutch now has a sweet take up and very light lever pull. Original paint is still on frame and has rebuilt Norton Roadholder forks. Single monobloc amal #389 in place of original
dual carbs. Dual leading front brake plate from early Commando a must for such a great handling motorcycle. Battery replaced this time last year Bike is ready to ride needs nothing, looks beautiful good chrome and paint , starts first kick and hardly leaks any oil.
Some low points that could use some attention but are only cosmetic. Typical Atlas crack in rear fender. Original chrome on rims has some pitted mostly on rear wheel, but the tires have a lot of life left in them.

The â55 Mustang Stallion featured a 319CC (19.48 CID) air cooled single cylinder side valve motor that made a listed 10.5 HP.
A 4 speed Burman transmission, hardtail rear and telescopic front with 12 inch wheels made a very rideable product This Mustang has very little time on it. It has a new ignition coil, a fresh carb and petbird overhaul
and a minor tune up. There are no oil or gas leaks. The bike starts easily and idles fine. It revs out in all three gears. The inside of the tank is not rusted. The tires have no miles on them. The front brake hub has some surface rust.

The odometer shows 56,818 km or 35,305 miles.
I removed and cleaned the oil tank lines and installed a rebuilt exchange oil pump from Dragonfly. The frame is refinished but not powder coated and makes it look very authentic. The tins are all superb in that they are original but refinished beautifully and correctly. Chrome is all perfect. All
the of the wiring was redone correctly and everything works. Even the tiny light in the speedo and the brake light. (all the lights work in other words) The bike includes the original ignition key and the jiffy side stand. With the exception of perhaps the rims, tires, spokes and buddy pad this bike has all of its original pieces, nicely and carefully restored the bike is Original.
This machine has been extremely well cared for and is in exceptional condition.

I bought this bike a year ago fully restored as you see it and have only ridden it 16 miles. The bike starts first kick and you can see from the pictures it's in excellent condition. It hasn't been ridden much so probably needs brakes clutch etc. adjustments. Everything works, matching numbers, a great investment.

A 1974 Norton 850 SC Commando with 13,669 original miles.
A series of tasteful custom features adore this wonderful street bike. They include the following; Competition Fairing, Full instrumentation Package, Wickedly Beautiful Black Paint, Corbin Gun Fighter Seat, Carry On Tool Kit, Light Weight Front Fender, Back Dated Vented Front Drum Brake,
Custom Oil Lines, Twin Oil Coolers and the incredibly Rare Drouin Super Charger with Fuel Injection. The Drouin unit, Slide Throttle Fuel Injection unit and the Instrument Package were after market item that could have been purchased in the 1970's, through the Norton dealer.
The Drouin Super Charger and the Slide Throttle Fuel Injection unit are fully operational and produces amazing and quick 100 HP. The Fuel Injected Slide Throttle system was the very last iteration of the Drouin Super Charged series intake systems, therefore, being the most advanced and powerful. Upon riding this custom Norton there is sense of amazement in the additional torque and power that comes from the bike.
It runs properly and smoothly. The shifting in precise and positive. The brakes are quite ample in bringing this bike to a halt. The tire have some age on them, but are quite usable.
The fuel tank interior has been cleaned and sealed. Simple open the twin fuel pit birds to allow fuel to siphon to the fuel Infection unit, turn the key, give it a health twist of the duel activated throttle and she fires up on the second pump with a deep drum like sound and a faint whine of the Super Charger. Hang on and simply smile! She shuts down in standard fashion, with a flip of the key and twisting the fuel pit birds off. The rear fender has some small dimples and a little discoloring. There is some
very minor pitting on the wheels, a 1/8" hole that had been drilled through the front, between the forks.
Otherwise, this Norton 850 SC was shown recently at the prestigious " Riding Into History" Motorcycle show in May and was judged as a first runner up in the all Norton class, next to a very well known, twin engine Bonneville Norton. A spare Super Charger Drive Belt is included with the sale of the Norton, as well as an original Drouin Super Charger Manual.
