This position requires a Security Clearance to be obtained

prior to starting in the role. The selected engineer will perform as a member of an interdisciplinary team of engineers and scientists on a range of project assignments to develop innovative solutions to advanced technical problems.

You will develop and apply mathematical models for simulation and analysis of Electro-Optical and Infrared (EOIR) systems and may have the ability to demonstrate those models on flight demonstrations, in lab environments, and in customer applications. Initial expectations include: Experience with EOIR signal processing algorithms and software development, testing, and troubleshooting Familiarity documenting designs and test results Designing, testing, implementing,

and analyzing EOIR signal processing algorithms and software Building prototypes, simulations, and systems for testing Conducting and/or participating in technical design reviews of requirements, specifications, designs, etc.

Future responsibilities are expected to include: Contributing to the development of innovative solutions to difficult problems Supporting proposal teams and working with customers on product definition Developing and executing design plans, design verification and validation.
