We are looking for someone who can lead teams to create robust and scalable platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers- Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers on your team- Work with product leaders to define the strategy and roadmap for our platforms- Manage a portfolio of technology platforms and projects to meet customer needs- Continuously improve software engineering practices- Collaborate
