To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience
in Engineering/Technology). Have a minimum of 15 additional years of experience in Repair Development. Desired Characteristics Have oral and written communication skills.
