The selected Analyst will provide a high degree of technical support and professionalism to the research communities of the ARL DSRC.
This includes, but is not limited to, helping researchers establish accounts, opening and routing support tickets, and interact with researchers to successfully meet their High-Performance Computing (HPC) research requirements. Respond to complaints, requests, troubleshooting, etc. The selected candidate should also
be able to communicate via phone or email with researchers to gather information about their issues associated with computer hardware and/or software. Utilize a variety of software tools to track user account requirements and access.
Offer basic troubleshooting support to assist in diagnosing of issues to guide support tickets to the correct team of technicians. Develop and maintain documentation, including operating procedures, as needed. This position also assists in the implementation of new technology both on Supercomputers, HPC Clusters and in the infrastructure, machines used to maintain the clusters.
