The Marketing Technology Supervisor will work closely with a cross-departmental team of individuals to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns on behalf of clients in the clean technology, real estate, innovations,

SKILLS NEEDED Hub Spot platform proficiency: A strong understanding of Hub Spot's various features, tools, and functionalities is essential. This includes the ability to use Marketing and Sales Hub, with a particular emphasis on Hub Spot's ABM features, and dedicating time to learning Service, CMS, and Ops Hubs. Workflows/marketing automation: Creating and managing efficient workflows while optimizing them to meet specific business goals.

Analytics/dashboard creation: The ability to extract meaningful insights from data helps in making informed decisions and optimizing marketing and sales campaigns. Knowledge of and experience with dashboard creation is key here as well. Data Management: The ability to clean data and maintain data hygiene as well as manage large datasets. This includes an in-depth understanding of custom objects and properties.

Additionally, being able to migrate and sync data between platforms is necessary. Training & implementation: The ability to train and onboard new users is crucial for successful implementation and adoption of the Hub Spot platform. This can include creating standards and guides for the Hub Spot instance. They should be able to troubleshoot issues that arise as well. API & cross-platform integrations: Understanding Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and how to leverage them in order to integrate Hub Spot with other tools in the tech stack. API knowledge enables data synchronization, ensuring that information flows seamlessly between Hub Spot and other systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Consulting with clients on Mar Tech strategy, tech stack implementation, CRM management, and marketing automation platform best practices. Collaborating with Strategists to develop strategies and execute marketing tactics that meet client goals and prove ROI. Oversight of up to 3 Mar Tech Specialists including training on Mar Tech tactics and best practices where needed. Monitoring and reporting on ongoing campaigns for the internal team to report back to the client.

Developing and implementing marketing automation workflows to drive lead generation and nurturing campaigns. Publishing content onto clients' websites in a timely and efficient manner, including blog posts, landing pages, and downloadable assets. Supporting the account team in the onboarding process for new clients, including conducting research and developing client-specific strategies. Monitoring website traffic and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize conversion rates through A/B testing.

Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management. Analytical skills suitable to campaign measurement and knowledge of key marketing campaign metrics.
