Google's Shopping Ad solutions build delightful experiences that bring users, retailers, and manufacturers together throughout the shopping journey whether they're at home, on the go, or in the store. In this role, you will work on a wide spectrum of initiatives from collaborating with the Go-to-Market team on strategy and providing market feedback

on product features, to consulting Google customers on solutions that will help them improve performance and meet business goals. You'll introduce new products in Shopping and Commerce that help improve user experience and shape modern retail.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search,

video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$166,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in digital performance marketing (e. g. SEM, etc. ). Experience selling or pitching digital marketing and measurement solutions. Preferred qualifications: Experience working with retailers or manufacturers using Google Shopping Ad products, Google Ads, and Merchant Center. Experience managing a book of business.

Knowledge of Performance Digital Marketing across planning, buying, and optimization. Ability to deliver insights from data that creates business value and drives client action. Ability to provide thought leadership and lead discussions at an executive level. Responsibilities Develop holistic shopping strategies for retailers that align to customer business goals and improve Google Shopping performance for clients. Articulate features and value proposition of shopping solutions (e. g. product listings, local, and showcase ads, as well as co-op and merchandising solutions) to drive adoption.
