Summary: The Technical Sales Support Manager / Reliability Engineer is a trusted rotating equipment expert to ITT customers providing reliability and process improvement proficiency. This role will involve remotely reviewing and analyzing machine data utilizing ITT's condition monitoring system to identify
current and upcoming rotating equipment issues. The Reliability Engineer will be expected to periodically send reports, with experience-based insights, to customers from the condition monitoring system as well as be available to support and consult with customers on equipment reliability concerns.
When issues arise with customer equipment, the Reliability Engineer will coordinate with ITT resources to provide a smooth plan for resolution to minimize downtime for customers while utilizing and driving business to ITT's aftermarket service business.
