A little about this position: Maintains physical condition of properties assigned. Performs repairs in carpentry, plumbing, heating, electrical, and flooring. Performs

Additional Responsibilities: Manage the facilities' infrastructure needs and play a key role in achieving $2M/year in productivity. Troubleshoot process and operations issues using structured problem-solving techniques. Oversee the validation and qualification of new equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to backss engineering feasibility,
cost-effectiveness, and customer demand for products. Provide regular engineering updates to Board of Directors. Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree (engineering preferred).
5+ years leading an engineering department, 5-10 years in engineering project management, and 3-7 years in food processing plant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, MS Project, Power Point, Excel, and Auto CAD. Strong technical aptitude, established leadership, problem-solving skills, and adept goal setting. Excellent time management and communication abilities, capable of leading teams effectively. Extensive background in food, beverage, and CPG manufacturing. Thorough knowledge of OSHA, USDA requirements,
system controls, sensors for manufacturing, construction trades, and project management.
