Assist in FISMA CS compliance, including planning, testing, and reporting in accordance with RMF policies. Engage in A&A efforts, package development, and ST&E support of IT systems. Conduct security backssments, risk audits, and inspections. Monitor Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and assist in cybersecurity policy and guidance development. Serve as a liaison for cybersecurity matters across various command levels and organizations.
Develop and update IT contingency plans and perform annual ITCP test exercises.
Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cyber engineering, IT, or information assurance. Proficient with NIST and Do D RMF processes. In-depth knowledge of Do D security policy and requirements. Skilled in developing Do D and Navy security authorization documentation and artifacts. Capable of developing recommendations for security requirements in Do D systems. Adept at performing validation and testing of security controls for Do D systems. EXAMPLE OF DUTIESSupport the implementation of the Azure-based data warehouse, ensuring smooth ETL processes and efficient data retrieval. Manage and optimize API integrations and blob storage solutions. Collaborate with the Data and IT team to advance data solutions that cater to business insights.
