individuals throughout the organization with/without direct authority Support the Asset Lifecycle Specialists by providing guidance towards the company s strategic vision EAM & Work Order Processing Responsible for CMMS integration, training and support for asset and work orders Developing and Maintaining KPIs to hold plants accountable to work order compliance - educating all applicable stakeholders on how KPIs are measured Analysis of work order compliance (i.

e. PMs, repair, run hour-based etc. ) and determining appropriate actions to reduce spend and increase cost savings Maintain database for all maintenance related assets across all sites through capturing new assets and adjust register with all asset replacements and write-offs.

Capture all PM procedures into Oracle for all plants (existing and new) by plant & asset. Train and support plant on the system and database. Capture the preventive maintenance procedures and schedules for all assets in Oracle. Update and maintain as required. Provide support to the plants to accurately maintain records. Provide training, support, oversight and administration for the work order system. Report on progress, conduct regular backssments on the status of maintenance compliance. Evaluation of the total cost of maintenance expenditure by asset and plant and track the global cost of maintenance expenditure for all plants.

Develop and maintain comprehensive rebuild work orders ensuring total related expenditures are captured. Collect and evaluate historical data to create rebuild packages for future rebuild schedules. Overseeing work order management ensuring 100% completion of warranty compliance, contractor services documentation, breakdown recording and PM completion. Conduct regular backssments with reports to relevant managers. Conduct regular backssments of PMs for all sites reporting on the accuracy of schedule reporting, accuracy & compliance to procedure and efficiency of labor usage.

Oversee and document cost changes for all aging assets Develop and maintain the rebuild work orders with Technical Engineering. Schedule all modular maintenance operations by site without minimal impact on plant operations. Ensure that all assets are entered into Oracle in a timely manner Ongoing Activities Ensure day-to-day plant operations for all asset and work order related activities are executed in a timely manner to ensure that business is uninterrupted. Continuous & open communication with the Sr.
