We are looking for a Senior Analyst for the Communications, Recognition and Training departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the recognition and sales training departments. The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing the effectiveness of these programs and reporting to management areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Support the management, design and implementation of employee recognition
and sales training programs. - Analyze the effectiveness of these programs and make recommendations for improvement. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment with company goals. - Manage program budgets and timelines. - Assist in creating presentations being delivered to senior leadership. Qualifications : - Bachelor s degree in business, human resources, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in employee recognition and training programs. - Strong analytical skills. - Real world Automotive experience background- Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently
