RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to the day-to-day tasks, engagements, and service delivery for the National CORE Infrastructure team,

which provides primarily back-end support for the National CORE's systems and infrastructure at its corporate office and its properties.

Leadership. Train, coach, and mentor Infrastructure staff. Serve as an escalation point for Infrastructure, service desk and onsite teams. Strategy and Planning: Designing and implementing short and long-term strategic goals for managing and maintaining CORE's systems, networks, and software. Ensure that all planned and in-place system architectures are aligned with CORE's goals. Provide expertise and architectural assistance to other IT staff. Conduct research on new technologies, create and develop plans for investing in such systems that will increase cost effectiveness and flexibility.

Design, configure, operate, and perform maintenance on networking and computer systems - including hardware, software, web portals, internet and intranet connections, firewalls, servers, and security - that allow company infrastructures to function. Acquisition & Development: Design, create and monitor the implementation of end-to-end integrated systems. Review new and existing system designs and make recommendations for improving or altering the systems, including negotiating, and administering vendor and consultant contracts.

Operations: Consult with department heads and end-users to further infrastructure development. Develop and execute test plans to check technical performance of infrastructure and report findings and make recommendations for improvement. Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction. Overall systems and infrastructure monitoring, administration, and maintenance of systems integrity. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Technical Proficiencies : Must not only possess proficient network and infrastructure skills, but also require organization and conceptualization skills. Ability to easily engage in abstract thinking and logical reasoning and can self-evaluate and adapt efficiently.

In addition, must have: Experience conducting technology, trends, standards, and products research. Proven experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving system problems. Project management experience managing multiple projects concurrently. Expertise designing, managing, and supporting: Servers - DNS, file servers, mail servers, and NAS equipment. Microsoft related technologies - Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Share Point, and Office 365, and deploying and managing Microsoft Teams and One Drive.

Network level support - network switches; voice switches, LAN and WAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security. SD-WANs - Managing vendors, infrastructure, security, and troubleshooting. Remote access support - VPN, Terminal Services, and other remote support tools. Virtualization - VMware and Microsoft Cloud solutions - Experience evaluating solutions, managing vendors, project planning, implementations, and administration of cloud-based software solutions. Remote monitoring and management - update agent scripts, respond to alerts, monitor dashboards, and periodic system review.

Document maintenance - for all computer systems and network infrastructure. Manage all work, including incidents, service requests, change requests, etc. in an ITSM solution. Additional Knowledge/Abilities/Skills: Interpersonal skills - such as telephony skills, verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and customer-care Technical awareness - ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately. Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving environment. Ability to switch-task and adapt to changes quickly. EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or information systems or eight to ten years of related work experience preferred.

Record Audit trainings for Primary Care Providers in preparation for regulatory audits. Develop and facilitate trainings for targeted quality initiatives including HEDIS measures, Access standards, Referral management, Medical Record documentation, etc.

Responsible for participating in the development, research, and implementation of HEDIS improvement activities, as directed. Responsible for understanding current HEDIS technical specifications with the ability to interpret changes for clarifications accurately, as assigned. Responsible for maintaining working knowledge of regulatory requirements as they relate to QM operations and protocols. Participate in medical record abstraction activities,

including accuracy validations (over-reads) for HEDIS reporting that support audit requirements, as assigned.

Perform Quality studies in coordination with the Quality Systems Department, as needed. Perform focused trainings/audits in targeted clinical areas, when indicated. Attend Site Review and Medical Record Survey training, as mandated by DHCS, to become a Certified Site Reviewer, as needed. Responsible for validating, reviewing, and making recommendations for CMS ancillary audits. Responsible for completing DHCS and other regulatory audits as assigned. Attendance and participation in Quality Management Committee or Subcommittee meetings, as directed.

Demonstrate a commitment to incorporate LEAN principles into daily work. Experience Qualifications Three (3) or more years of any individual or combined experience in quality assurance, utilization management, case management, and/or provider liaison duties. Two (2) or more years experience working in a clinical setting. Preferred Experience Experience in quality assurance, utilization management, case management, and/or provider liaison duties, preferably in an HMO or Managed Care setting. Education Qualifications Associates in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution required.

Preferred Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution preferred. Professional Certification Possession of an active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Certified Site Reviewer Certificate issued from DHCS or participating Medi-Cal Managed Health Plan Provider is recommended. If not a CSR, the candidate should be willing and able to get certified within six (6) months of hire. Professional Licenses Possession of an active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the California BRN. Drivers License Required Yes, must have a valid California Driver's License.

Work Model Location Telecommute A reasonable salary expectation is between $79,809.60 and $101,774.40, based upon experience and internal equity.
