About the Division: Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health (MCAH) promotes and protects the health and well-being of women, infants, children, adolescents, and their families who are at increased risk of adverse health outcomes. MCAH is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating services that address population health priorities across San Luis Obispo County. The division partners and works collaboratively with

the community to achieve population health goals through backssment, advocacy, education, training, outreach, quality assurance, and policy development. California Children's Services (CCS) provides care coordination to children with special health care needs and their families. This position works autonomously in an office setting with most the days' work taking place over the phone and within computer software applications.
