day-to-day operational support for the physical RDT&E/SRDT&E network environment. Support includes, at a minimum: hardware/software installation, firmware upgrades, Security Technical Information Guide (STIG) compliance, and enhancements to network routers and switches.
This support will encompass integration, analysis, testing, troubleshooting of network devices and services, asset management and use of enterprise network management tools to monitor and analyze network performance at the physical and Internet Protocol (IP) packet level. -Install and maintain copper twisted pair and fiber optic cables and provide documented certification to required specifications for network operations.
This shall include new site-specific installations, modifications and enhancements to new and existing installations, distribution technology, microwave applications, standard telephone, and modem technology.

Monitor and troubleshoot connectivity, bandwidth, and latency issues with cloud customers and RDE Cloud Engineers.
